Backorders:
All orders are subject to back-orders. When necessary, one back-order is shipped per order. We pay shipping and C.O.D. charges on all back-orders. A back-order is automatically cancelled under the
following conditions:
• Specific instructions on the order stating “no back-order.”
• Total outstanding back-orders are less than $50.
• The backorder cannot be filled within 45 days of the initial invoicedate.

Repairs, errors, returns:
Your satisfaction is our top priority! Please inspect your shipment and report any discrepancies to us within 10 days of receipt of your order. If a return is necessary, you will be assigned a return authorization number when you call. Any return you need to make after the initial 10 day window will be subject to authorization and a 15% restocking fee. Processing takes approximately 10-20 days after receipt.
