Order Requirements

Minimum first order = $400
Minimum re-order = $100
Orders under the minimum are subject to a $10 handling fee. Products are subject to price changes, bead substitutions and discontinuation without notice. New accounts are subject to refusal due to territory conflict.

Terms

All orders are C.O.D., Visa® or MasterCard®, unless terms are established. Applications for net 30 terms are available upon request from Far Fetched or your regional representative. Please allow 1-4 weeks for processing terms. Mail all payments and correspondence to:

Shipping

Our standard shipping is UPS ground to accounts west of the Rockies and UPS 3-day to accounts east of the Rockies. Customer pays all shipping costs. All shipments are FOB Sebastopol, CA 95472. Product availability and shipping turn-around are subject to seasonal delays.

Please use the following terms for specifying a ship date:
Regular - Order is shipped 5 to 10 working days from receipt of order.
Rush - Upgrade your shipping to 2-day or next day air and your order will be shipped withing 48 hours if received by 10 a.m. PST. Limited to stock on hand. Please specify "RUSH" on your P.O.

Shipping upgrades are not required for locations in the state of California.

International Orders

All International orders are subject to approval and have different terms and conditions than orders submitted within the United States. For more information, please call (800) 338-0444 and speak to our sales department.

Backorders

All orders are subject to backorders. When necessary, one backorder is shipped per order. We pay shipping and C.O.D charges on all backorders. A backorder is automaticaly cancelled under the following circumstances:

• there are specific instructions on the order stating "no backorders"
• the total outstanding backorders are less than $50
• the backorder cannot be filled within 45 days of the initial invoice date.
